Head Coach - Team NOMBRE I obtained a passion for Volleyball when my daughter began playing in Middle school.  At that time I was oblivious to “club” sports and we had a bit of catching up to do.  When she hit 14, Volleyball had become a passion for her and me.  She began playing on the U-14 Eclipse team in 2006.  Through her playing, I began my coaching role with Eclipse volleyball club.

Although I had not played a lot of volleyball in my life, I had a brother who lived volleyball and to this day coaches high school volleyball on the coast.  My knowledge and skill are growing on a daily basis.  In addition, I have been very involved in sports of all kinds since I was a young child.  I have coached many sports teams and have always enjoyed both sharing the lives of my players and having the opportunity to watch them grow as a player and a person. This was my reason for becoming and remaining involved in coaching with Club Eclipse.  This year, I will be coaching the U-14 team called “Nombre”.  I am so excited to see how this team will evolve into a competitive team.  I have great hopes that they will have some fantastic opportunities to experience what few girls are afforded in their lifetimes.  In addition, I am a firm believer in parents taking part in their child’s life.  Thanks in advance to our parents for taking an active role in your childrens lives. This is something that they will remember for their entire lives.
